Naturally grown by us, for you
Our story
Grown was born out of a love and passion for floristry, sustainability and gardening.
We’re a local florist, who specialise in non-commercially, seasonally grown, and gathered floristry. With over 20 years of floristry experience, we know that the very best quality flowers come from the most natural, outdoor environments, where they can be enjoyed by the bees, birds, and wildlife, long before they take their place in a bouquet or vase.
But the truth is, many flowers that you buy in the supermarket or some florists havn’t exactly been grown in the most natural of ways. We set out to provide a fully sustainable, environmentally friendly option that makes for a better bunch.
Environmentally-friendly floristry
Sustainable florists in Southampton, Hampshire.
Here at Grown, our flowers are cultivated differently. We don’t use chemicals or pesticides. Each flower, foliage and herb has been grown in a natural outdoor environment during the spring, summer and autumn at our flower beds in Southampton.
‘Grown’ flowers are nurtured by hand to look their best, from seed to arrangement. They don’t travel any lengthy air miles, and every arrangement is beautifully presented in recyclable gift wrap or packaging.
Spring, summer and autumn, we grow with the seasons
Flowers, foliage and herbs
The team has a wealth of knowledge about flowers, natural and contemporary styles, seasonal availability and flower varieties, and a passion for growing flowers naturally.
Seasonal growing ensures the most natural way of growing flowers, supporting the natural ecosystem whilst cultivating the best scents, colours and freshness across our products.
We love the outdoors and the true natural beauty that seasonal growing brings to each and every arrangement we lovingly grow, pick and create for you.
